General Position Responsibilities:

Instruct culinary lab and hospitality management courses.
Hold required office hours.
Serve on program, divisional, and/or college wide committees.
Support college policies and procedures.
Participate in college, division, and program activities; contributing to the growth and enhancement of college mission and programs.
Assist with other program activities as assigned.

Specific Position Responsibilities:

Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or Bachelor's degree in hospitality discipline.
Five years relevant culinary experience (Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager)
Teaching/training experience in culinary arts and hospitality management required.
Demonstrated skill levels in culinary arts and hospitality management required.

Preferred Qualifications:

ACF certified or certifiable.
ServSafe certified.
Post secondary culinary teaching experience.
International culinary experience.
